Beyond the Sequence by Stef Layton

I wrote a book!

I am excited to share the fun news today – I wrote an ebook for Yoga Teachers! Beyond the Sequence is available on Amazon!

Why write a yoga book when
“yoga isn’t trending anymore”. My favorite online debate lately.

Last year, on my day off, I took a yoga class. I was so looking forward to being a student. Sadly, the class wasn’t good. I knew if I had time to sit down with that teacher over one cup of coffee – I could teach her how to offer better classes.

She just needed a little help. It dawned on me that I have notebooks and journals full of themes from the 900+ classes I’ve taught over the years. All just sitting there waiting to be used.

So I put some of them, the favorites, into a book. More importantly, I wrote HOW to theme a class that will knock students’ socks off. I started sharing success stories which then led to sharing hilarious fails. Because we all can relate!

So I shared over 35 Themes I have used and how it all leads to yoga off the mat!

I don’t want to create dependency so my online following grows. I want to teach you how to plan your own classes. The kind of class that follows a student off the mat and out of the studio. To plan a theme that lingers.
