These 60 minute restorative yoga themed evenings will focus on mindfulness techniques, Breathwork, speaking affirmations, gentle yoga poses flowing into a sound bath played with Tibetan Bowls.
Studies have shown when the parasympathetic nervous system is activated it slows our heart and breathing rates, lowers blood pressure and promotes digestion. Our body enters a state of relaxation, and this relaxation breeds recovery.

I do not play the bowls for 60 minutes straight - again, I believe combining mindfulness, Breathwork, affirmations, and gentle movement enhances the sound bath experience.
I play 8 Tibetan Bowls, Bamboo Chime, and Tingsha Cymbals.

I do not recommend my style of Restore and Sound for people with sound sensitivities, epilepsy, a pacemaker, and young children (12 & under).
